We know education is a fundamental right of everyone in India, but not everyone gets proper support to achieve what they have ever dreamt for. Filling the void, we have stepped out to introduce ‘Sakshyam Foundation, Odisha’ and dedicate it to our alumnus - School of Chemistry, Sambalpur University. With the motto: “Hands to Uplift” we shall reduce the unseen hurdles of students towards their education.
Sakshyam Foundation aims to bridge the gaps in a student’s training with respect to the overall teaching-learning process. Also, we promise to provide financial support to deserving students, encouraging students to participate in activities above and beyond the laboratory & experimental work. We also provide an all-time e- Library facility that will help them in career for higher studies and placement in industries that awaits them ahead.
President's Message
Sakshyam Foundation, Odisha was established in 2021 by a group of passionate alumni of the School of Chemistry (M.Sc. batch 2018-20) at Sambalpur University. This foundation is driven by a sense of responsibility and gratitude towards our alma mater. Our foundation envisioned a platform to support and uplift needy students in their M.Sc. academic journey.
Guided by our motto, "Hands to Uplift", Sakshyam Foundation extends opportunities through initiatives such as the Sakshyam Fellowship, mentorship from senior members, and the felicitation of academic achievers in each batch and semester. These efforts not only inspire excellence but also foster meaningful growth and empowerment.
As the President of Sakshyam Foundation Odisha, I have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible impact of collective effort and compassion. The foundation stands as a testament to the power of unity and shared purpose, fostering a brighter future for all who are part of it.
Through the Sakshyam Foundation, we, the SFO members, aim to create a supportive and thriving community dedicated to inspiring and uplifting the generations.
